Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ENS Employee Management Portal ("Service") operated by Edvenswa Technologies Private Limited ("Edvenswa", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including employees, HR personnel, and administrators who have been granted access by their respective organisation.

ENS is a web-based employee management and HR portal that enables organisations to manage employee records, timesheets, payroll data, support tickets, analytics, and related workforce information. The Service is provided exclusively to authorised employees and administrators of organisations that have a valid agreement with Edvenswa Technologies.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Share your login credentials with any other person.
• Access data that you are not authorised to view.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, virus, or harmful data.

Access to the Service is granted by your organisation's administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Edvenswa reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these Terms or at the request of the employing organisation.

All personal and employment data processed through the Service is handled in accordance with ourPrivacy Policyand applicable data protection laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and relevant state regulations.

Edvenswa acts as a data processor on behalf of the employing organisation (data controller). We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties except as required to operate the Service or comply with legal obligations.

All content, design, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the ENS platform are the exclusive property of Edvenswa Technologies Private Limited. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Edvenswa's intellectual property without express written permission.

Edvenswa will make reasonable efforts to ensure the Service is available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever possible. Edvenswa shall not be liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edvenswa Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

Edvenswa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
